Domestic shipping available only at this time.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a separate email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If for any reason there will be a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

Due to the nature of this product, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any reason.
For quality assurance, all jewelry is fully inspected and sterilized before shipping.
An alcohol prep pad is included in your shipment so your jewelry can be cleaned upon installation.
14k gold jewlery is delicate. Please exercise extreme care while handling and installing your new jewelry. If you are having difficulty with installation, please reach out to us and we will be glad to assist you. If you are in the NYC area, stop by our store with your jewelry for free installation.
